Aiken County, SC—According to a release from the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED), Midlands agents announce nine additional charges against a former school administrator with the Aiken, Georgetown, and Lancaster County School Systems.

Stephen Coke Eubanks, 67, of the 300 block of Belair Road, in North Augusta, is charged with two (2) counts of Second Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct With a Minor, Engaging a Child for Sexual Performance, two (2) counts of Lewd Act Upon a Child Under Sixteen, Kidnapping, two (2) counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and Enticing Enrolled Child From School.

These new charges deal with three additional victims: two males and a female, who reported the accusations to the toll-free SLED hotline (1-800-414-2826) which was established on October 21, 2008.

According to arrest warrants, Eubanks is accused of having sexual contact with a 14-year-old male, while watching adult pornography. The allegations happened at Eubanks’ Belair Road residence between January 1 and December 31, 1993. A year earlier, Eubanks is accused of having inappropriate contact with the same boy, who was 13-years-old. Eubanks allegedly gave that child alcoholic beverages and marijuana at the Belair Road residence.

An arrest warrant says Eubanks also has inappropriate contact with a 15-year-old male on the 100 block of Argyle Avenue, Eubanks’ former residence, and at Paul Knox Middle School, both in North Augusta.

Investigators say Eubanks took that same child to several rest areas off Interstate 20 in Aiken County and forced him to perform sexual acts with other, unknown adult men. Eubanks is believed to have given the same child alcoholic beverages and marijuana at Eubanks’ former address on Argyle Road. These allegations happened between January 1 and December 31, 1977.

An arrest affidavit further states, Eubanks had inappropriate contact with a 15-year-old female student. This allegedly happened inside Eubanks’ vehicle within the area of Two Notch Road and Celeste Avenue in Aiken County. The defendant is accused of transporting the same girl from Paul Knox Middle School’s campus without the verbal or written knowledge or permission of the child’s parents. These allegations happened between January 1 and December 31, 1977.

Second Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct With a Minor is punishable up to twenty (20) years in prison. Engaging a Child for Sexual Performance is punishable up to twenty (20) years in prison. Lewd Act Upon a Child Under Sixteen is punishable up to fifteen (15) years in prison. Kidnapping is punishable up to thirty (30) years in prison. Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor is punishable up three (3) years in prison and/or a $3,000 fine. Enticing Enrolled Child From School is punishable up to two (2) years in prison and/or a $1,000 fine.

Eubanks has previously been charged with: Lewd Act Upon a Child Under the Age of Sixteen, Exposing of Private Parts, Two Counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and One Count of Enticing Children From School.

SLED has set up a toll-free hotline dedicated to this investigation. If you have additional information that may help agents or believe you are a victim of Eubanks, call 1-800-414-2826.

Eubanks is expected to appear in bond court at Tuesday afternoon at The Aiken County Detention Center.
