Former James Brown estate trustee David Cannon is now in jail. Cannon was supposed to pay back about $400,000 to the James Brown estate.

Aiken, SC—Former James Brown estate trustee David Cannon is now in jail.

Cannon was supposed to pay back about $400,000 to the James Brown estate. The judge ordered him to pay it or be thrown in jail for six months.

Authorities say, February 11th was the deadline. Cannon turned himself in and was booked.
