Former Aiken County School Administrator Appears In Court On Child olestation Charges
A former Aiken County school administrator was back in court, Thursday, on child molestation. Stephen Eubanks was released Thursday on bond.
Aiken, SC—A former Aiken County school administrator was back in court, Thursday, on child molestation.
Stephen Eubanks had a bond hearing on nine of the 14 charges he’s facing that date back to 1977. He’s already bonded out on the other five charges, and a judge allowed him to be released Thursday on that bond.
As a condition of his bond, Eubanks is under house arrest, and must wear an electronic monitoring device. He also cannot have contact with anyone under age 16 without another adult present.
