Edgefield County investigators say littering led to the arrest of a man wanted for rape. Investigators say 20-year-old Douglas Carter was seen dumping trash at an abandoned home.
Edgefield County, SC—Edgefield County investigators say littering led to the arrest of a man wanted for rape.
Investigators say 20-year-old Douglas Carter was seen dumping trash at an abandoned home.
After checking the call out, investigators say they discovered Carter was wanted for criminal sexual assault that took place with a 15-year-old girl in June.
Carter is also charged with littering.
