The Edgefield County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a man wanted in connection to a burglary, earlier this week on Sunset Circle, in Merriwether, SC. Richard Glenn Hester, 49, is being sought on charges of burglary in the second degree and grand larceny in connection to the case. His last known address was on the 200 block of Flores Lane, in Martinez, GA. UPDATE: Hester has turned himself into authorities

Edgefield, SC – The Edgefield County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a man wanted in connection to a burglary, earlier this week on Sunset Circle, in Merriwether, SC.
Richard Glenn Hester, 49, is being sought on charges of burglary in the second degree and grand larceny in connection to the case. His last known address was on the 200 block of Flores Lane, in Martinez, GA.
Hester is described as a white male, standing 5’7” tall, and weighing approximately 175 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen driving a 1995 dark-colored Chevrolet S-10 pickup (possibly black, dark blue or dark green) with a Georgia license plate bearing BVL 7527.
