According to Captain Steve Morris, the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a suspect who allegedly robbed the Walgreens located at 3900 Washington Road in Martinez, on Monday night. The strong arm robbery occurred shortly before 9:00 p.m.

The strong arm robbery occurred shortly before 9:00 p.m.
The cashier says a man came to the register to buy a bottle of water. The cashier says the man handered fer money for the water and he pushed her out of the way as she attempted to make change. the man reached into the cash drawer and took an unknown amount of cash and fled on foot.
