According to a Richmond County Sheriff’s Office incident report, someone threw a large rock through the front window of Bodie Shell Station, located on 13th Street, in Augusta. The burglar got away with about $1,300 worth of cigarettes and cigars.
Augusta, GA—It’s becoming an all too common sight during the recession…gas stations being burglarized.
According to a Richmond County Sheriff’s Office incident report, someone threw a large rock through the front window of Bodie Shell Station, located on 13th Street, in Augusta.
The burglar got away with about $1,300 worth of cigarettes and cigars.
Anyone with information on this burglary or the suspect is asked to contact the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.
