Burke County Murder Suspects Likely In Florida

(Burke County, Georgia) - Federal agents say Reina Canche of Savannah traveled to this Waynesboro home with a prostitute for a number of Hispanic men.  During the evening she was shot and killed and her body was left in her car in a field a short distance from the home.

One suspect, Heriberto Juarez is in the Burke county jail but investigators say Emerino and Lino Miguel are hiding out.

GBI Agent, Patrick Morgan: “At this point they both have warrants for the offense of murder and we believe at this point they’re somewhere in the state of Florida.

Authorities say the victim had made trips to the area before and investigating the possibility of a prostitution ring.

Morgan:  We’ve had some possibilities that it might have been some type of prostitution.  We’re following up on that.”

A witness tells investigator he picked up the brothers Sunday and drove them to a Wal-Mart in Live Oak, Florida.  They were last seen in a res Ford sedan.

Morgan:  “All four agencies working together in an attempt to locate these gentlemen to bring them in and face these charges.”
