Richmond County Sheriff’s Office investigators looking for a man wanted on Aggravated Battery charges. Investigators say 34-year-old Taurus Farrar severely beat his girlfriend, Friday afternoon. It happened along the 3600 block of Brussels Street, in Barton Village. Investigators also say Farrar was stabbed several times, and is in need of hospital care.

Richmond County Sheriff’s Office investigators have arrested 34-year-old Taurus Farrar. Farrar is accused of beating his girlfiend at their Brussels Drive home, on October, 16th. Farrar was captured near his home in Barton Village, on Saturday, after he was spotted by a concerned citizen. Farrar was treated at MCG for a laceration to his left side, and released. Farrar is currently being held at the Richmond County Jail on charges of Aggravated Battery and three counts of Cruelty to Children in the third Degree.

Augusta, GA—Richmond County Sheriff’s Office investigators are looking for a suspect wanted for Aggravated Battery Friday evening.
Deputies were called to the 3600 block of Brussels Street, in Barton Village, around 4:30 p.m., Friday afternoon, in reference to a domestic dispute.
Upon arrival, deputies located the victim (whose name is not yet being released), who had been severely beaten.
Investigators were advised that during a physical struggle, the victim was beaten by her boyfriend, Taurus Farrar, 34, who fled the scene prior to deputies arriving.
Investigators also learned that during the struggle, Taurus Farrar was stabbed an unknown number of times by the victim and is in need of medical attention.
Farrar is described as being a black male, 5’6”-5’7” tall, 175 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.
