Aiken County Weekend Roundup Nets 30 Arrests
According to Lt. Michael Frank, as a result of a two-month undercover drug investigation, the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office, in cooperation with other local and state agencies, arrested 30 people, early Friday, at a home at 155 Kip Road, in North Augusta, South Carolina.
Aiken, SC., November 24 -– According to Lt. Michael Frank, as a result of a two-month undercover drug investigation, the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office, in cooperation with other local and state agencies, arrested 30 people, early Friday, at a home at 155 Kip Road, in North Augusta, South Carolina.
At 5:30 a.m., investigators served a search warrant at the home, which they then used to make reverse sales from resulting in the majority of arrests. The Aiken Department of Public Safety, Hampton County Sheriff’s Department, Lexington County Sheriff’s Department and South Carolina Law Enforcement Division participated in the investigation.

Where I am glad to know that they are battling the drug problem- I have to ask what good it serves when it comes to the law. My grandson’s mother was picked up/arrested on their “Spring Cleaning” drug raid, and she is out and about to this day doing more than likely the same thing. She is out on bond, has been arrested in GA for driving on a suspended license since her arrest in SC, is suppose to be registered in an intervention program- all this while awaiting trial where I am sure it will be nothing more than a slap on her hand. If you’re going to use the money and manpower to make the drug busts- then why does the legal system not follow through with proper punishment for those arrested?
