LOS ANGELES - Nicole Richie and her children are also getting help from a court in keeping people at a distance - and in this case, the people are celebrity photographers. A judge has granted Richie’s request for a temporary restraining order against the paparazzi. Her filing says one of the men caused a car accident involving Richie earlier this month. Richie’s court papers say that photographer and another are getting too close to the celebrity and her kids in an effort to get their shots. She also claims that the men scream at Richie to try to get a reaction out of her - and have left her fearful for her family’s safety. Richie has a newborn son and an infant daughter, products of her relationship with rock star Joel Madden.
