TLC Network Says It Is Suing Jon Gosselin
The TLC network says it’s suing Jon Gosselin for breaching his contract as star of the reality show “Jon & Kate Plus 8.“ The lawsuit, filed Friday in Maryland, alleges that Gosselin hasn’t met the obligations of his contract as an exclusive employee, has appeared on other programs for pay and made unauthorized disclosures about the show.

SC Board Pardons Relatives of Tom Joyner; Executed in 1915
South Carolina’s Parole and Pardons board unanimously pardoned two great-uncles of national radio host Tom Joyner Wednesday. Thomas and Meeks Griffin were convicted of the 1913 murder of a white farmer in Chester County. Joyner came to Columbia from Dallas to plead their case.
