Waterbury, VT—PETA’s latest move to promote the use of human breast milk is turning some heads and stomachs. You decide on the proposal.
The animal right’s group is campaigning in Waterbury, Vermont to promote the local Ben & Jerry’s ice cream parlor to use breast milk, but most of the residents say they love the dessert, but don’t agree with having mom’s milk in their food. PETA says it’s healthier…resident’s say it’s gross.
Well, of course, Ben & Jerry’s told PETA…thanks, but no thanks, in a written statement. Plus, vermont has 153,000 cows that produce 3 million pounds of milk…there’s no shortage of cow milk, there.
