Chris Wealty has been trying to sell his College Park, Florida home for two years.

But since no one is biting, he put up a sign with a drop in price and a reason.

He wrote on the sign that he needs the sale to get a divorce.

Some of his neighbors aren’t amused by his selling pitch.

Wealty says since he put up the sign, more people have been interested in the house.

He also said he’s lost about $250,000 in market value and if he doesn’t sell soon he can’t finalize the divorce and he may be forced into foreclosure.
