According to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, the Bank of America branch located at 3430 Wrightsboro Road was robbed, Thursday morning. The suspect is described as a black male, 5’10” to 5’11” tall,and weighing 150-160 pounds. The suspect was last seen wearing a white ball cap with a colored bill, white t-shirt with stripes, dark pants and sunglasses. On video, you can see the dye pack explode on the suspect as he runs across the street into the parking lot of a Checkers restaurant.
Augusta, GA—According to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, the Bank of America branch located at 3430 Wrightsboro Road was robbed, Thursday morning.
The suspect is described as a black male, 5’10” to 5’11” tall,and weighing 150-160 pounds. The suspect was last seen wearing a white ball cap with a colored bill, white t-shirt with stripes, dark pants and sunglasses.
The robbery occurred around 9:45 a.m. The suspect gave the clerk a note saying it was a hold-up. The clerk gave him money with a dye pack. According to witnesses, the dye pack exploded on the suspect after he ran across the street to Checkers.
The suspect got into into a small, newer model black vehicle heading west on Wrightsboro Road.
