Last week featured a number of unusal pairings during two concerts celebrating the 25th Aniversary of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. U2, Bruce Springsteen, Aretha Franklin, and The Black Eyed Peas were just a few of the greats that appeared at Madison Square Garden.
The Producers wanted to feature unusual pairings to highlight and clebrate the influences that make “rock” the people’s music.
The two concerts will be made into an HBO special that will air Thanksgiving weekend.
