Lily Allen’s New Album Gets Bargain Price

NEW YORK (AP) - Lily Allen isn’t giving away her new CD, but at $3.99, it seems pretty close.

The 23-year-old British star is teaming up with MySpace Music and Amazon.com in a promotion that will offer her sophomore CD, “It’s Not Me, It’s You,“ for that low price until Feb. 16. The CD is out Tuesday. MySpace Music has already been offering a free preview.

Allen is also planning to promote the album with free concerts in London, Tokyo and New York City. While the Manhattan venue has been revealed - the show will be held Tuesday at the Bowery Ballroom, fans have to go to MySpace for the location of the other two events.

New CDs are usually about $10 to $20 in retail stores and on some online sites.
