Accomplished Georgia Coach Honored

Augusta, GA—Augusta residents honored a special community member this weekend. John Tutt was an accomplished coach who was inducted into the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame in 2007. He now has a historical marker, right in front of his former house on Phillips Street. Local leaders were on hand for the event. Last year, June 13th was proclaimed “John Tutt Day” in Augusta.
