Parents have raised concern over her influencing their children...now Miley Cyrus' father has weighed in.
Billy Ray Cyrus told his followers on Twitter that he was "sad" to see the video of his daughter giggling and taking a bong hit.
According to the 18-year-old's friends, she was smoking the natural herb salvia...not marijuana. Salvia is legal in California, but can cause hallucinogenic effects.
But, rocker Steven Tyler, of Aerosmith, has said that if Cyrus was smoking salvia, she needs to go talk to him.
