Augusta, GA -- In a WJBF News channel 6 Stars On 6 report, R & B singer, Eric Benet, is spending the day in the Garden City. WJBF News channel 6's Felicia Snider interviewed Benet as he visited Television Park, on Monday.
Songs from his new album "Love and Life" are in heavy rotation on the airways.
Benet started the day at Augusta's KISS 96.3 FM, before heading over to our studios. Benet says this album is a little different from his last.
Eric Benet, R&B singer: "I feel like I'm just getting to the point, not only in my career...When I'm singing, when I'm performing, where it's almost like I'm at the best I've ever been. It's clicking, it's connecting. It feels like I'm just getting into the swing of things. It feels good."
Monday night, Benet will put on a special performance at Club 3000, in Augusta.
